Support when I did get in touch with them said it's running in eval mode still, and it does show evaluation mode on that window even though we registered it. 2'nd: I'm trying to get rid of that pesky connection box, it gets in the way sometimes and you can't seem to click X to close it, i thought i set the setting to not show it, but it shows anyway. When I logon to a remote pc via Mini Remote Control and connect thru Windows NT Challenge/Response: first I have to check off use current logon credentials in order for it to connect, if i enter our domain admin credentials, it fails, weird. Wondering if there is anything on the DameWare side that needs to be done? Are we forwarding the correct port? We have opened up and forwarded port 6133 to the dameware server IP that we set it up on, but it won't connect still. We are trying to set it up so we can access from outside without the need of connecting via VPN every time from our iPad's. Support is a little lacking, not as quick replys as here on Spiceworks, guess I'm spoiled LOL. Just purchased DameWare for 3 of us in IT and loving it so far.
